If you’re not completely satisfied with your Lamellar purchase you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund or a replacement product. Returned products must have been purchased direct from Lamellar, unused and be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.  The replacement or refund must be returned within twenty one (21) days from the original purchase date with the original invoice. Note: If a replacement product is unavailable we will contact the customer to determine how they would like to proceed.

For returns and / or refund product items, a ‘Return Authorisation’ number (RA#) must be requested and allocated from a Lamellar customer service representative via email (contact@lamellar.com.au) prior to returning the product/s to Lamellar. If a RA# has not been allocated, the return and / or refund request will not be accepted.

Lamellar will not accept worn, used, soiled or damaged products for return or refund claims. Worn, used, soiled or damaged products will be returned without a resolution of your return / refund.  All products must be returned in their original condition.

Lamellar will not be responsible for the cost of delivery for return or refund product/s.

We recommend that the return product is dispatched with a ‘tracking’ and ‘insurance’ service such as Registered Post. The customer assumes any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore we strongly advise customers to purchase ‘insurance’ with the nominated logistics carrier. Lamellar will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Typical turnaround time for product exchanges – with shipping lead times – is about two (2) weeks / fourteen (14) days, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as Express Post service). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, please note upon request of the RA# and the additional cost shall be incurred by the customer.
